First row: 《波斯王子：失落的王冠》, 国新出审〔2025〕2631号, ISBN 978-7-498-16205-2. Last row: 《永不言弃：镜世界》, 国新出审〔2025〕189号, ISBN 978-7-498-14572-7. Approval dates on the page span multiple 2025 batches; the page is a cumulative year register, not a single-day batch.

Benchmark limits

This count is a body-read of one official HTML table. It is not Sensor Tower revenue, not a CPI average, and not a claim that all 96 titles are live with paid UA. Industry articles that cite “95 import ISBNs” for 2025 are secondary; this China Watch record uses the NPPA table we opened. If a later NPPA revision adds or removes rows, re-count the same URL.
