Planalto’s official text of DECRETO Nº 12.622, DE 17 DE SETEMBRO DE 2025 regulates Lei 15.211/2025 to designate the Agência Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) as the autonomous administrative authority for protection of children and adolescents in digital environments (Article 2, citing Lei 15.211 Art. 2, X). What the decree assigns
- Article 3: temporary suspension and prohibition of activities under Lei 15.211, when not implemented by the infringer, are executed via blocking orders.
- Article 3 §1: Anatel receives and distributes judicial blocking orders to telecommunications providers and other agents that enable user–content connections; CGI.br receives orders related to resolution of names under the .br domain.
- Article 4: the decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
