VIP / loyalty points as a UA claim: what must be in the store

Checklist for VIP/loyalty point claims in UA versus store and client truth.

VIP points in ads are claims. Apple 2.3 and the FTC Act frame accuracy / non-deception expectations.

Operator checklist

  1. Programme name in client equals the ad.
  2. Earn rate shown is the live rate for new users.
  3. Redeemable benefits exist on the VIP screen in session 1 or at the stated gate.
  4. Store listing does not contradict point value.
  5. Expiry disclosed if points expire.
  6. Paid VIP tiers not implied free.
  7. Evidence pack: VIP screen screenshot + ad claim table.
