Lei nº 15.352 of 25 February 2026, on the Planalto page l15352.htm, amends several statutes and, in its Article 19, adds Article 41-A to Lei 15.211/2025. The inserted article states that Lei 15.211 enters into force on 17 March 2026.
That commencement date is the operational clock for the Digital ECA duties already enacted on 17 September 2025, including Article 20’s loot-box prohibition for games directed at or likely accessed by children and adolescents, Article 21 chat safeguards, and Articles 22/26 bans on profiling minors for commercial advertising (DOU text of Lei 15.211).
