The National Press and Publication Administration’s 2026年游戏审批变更信息 page was opened on 19 September 2026 with a page date of 2026-08-31. It lists 72 numbered change (变更) records. Rows carry 申报类别, publishing and operating units, a 变更信息 note, a 批复文号 (often the original licence number), and 批准变更时间 values from 2026年01月23日 through 2026年08月28日 on the rows we inspected.

What this bulletin is — and is not

This is a change register, not a domestic or import new-approval batch. Typical 变更信息 cells record an operator swap, an added client or console SKU, a publisher change, or a rename against an existing 文号. It does not issue a fresh ISBN for a new work on this page, and it does not rank UA spend.
