April 2026 NPPA: 147 domestic ISBNs plus 7 import approvals dated 28 April

On 28 April 2026 the National Press and Publication Administration recorded domestic approvals published as 2026年4月份国产网络游戏审批信息 (page listing date 29 April 2026). The page we opened on 20 September 2026 lists 147 numbered domestic works, each with a 国新出审〔2026〕 文号, ISBN, and 批准时间 2026年04月28日.

Separately, the 2026年进口网络游戏审批信息 page (listing date 31 August 2026) includes seven import rows with 批准时间 2026年04月28日, from 《大头盔英雄》 (国新出审〔2026〕977号, ISBN 978-7-498-16823-8) through 《轩辕剑之上古神器》 (国新出审〔2026〕983号, ISBN 978-7-498-16829-0). Those import rows are not on the domestic April page.

What these lists are — and are not

Neither page ranks revenue, downloads or UA spend. A name on either list is evidence that NPPA recorded that work, publisher and operator on that date. It is not evidence that ads are live or that a global SKU of a similar name is the same work.
