Poland / CEE soft-launch card for IAP-heavy F2P

CEE soft launches are often used for signal on IAP-heavy F2P. Google’s Poland payment methods list American Express, Mastercard and Visa; carriers Orange, Play, Polkomtel / Plus, T-Mobile; Google Play balance; my paysafecard / Paysafecard; PayPal; and BLIK. Unsupported examples include wire transfers, Western Union, Money Gram, virtual credit cards, HSA and transit cards.

Soft-launch checks

1. BLIK purchase path. If creatives or CRM mention local payment convenience, complete a BLIK IAP on a PL account before scale.
2. Carrier billing. Orange/Play/Polkomtel/T-Mobile are documented; some carriers cannot pay subscriptions — verify before sub SKUs.
3. VAT/price display. Confirm buyer-facing PLN strings in Play Console; this card does not invent a VAT rate.
4. Creative leakage. PL soft launches still feed ad libraries visible elsewhere in CEE/EU.
5. No CPI fiction. Kill criteria stay internal.
