United States iOS entry card: separate wallet availability from demand
Analysis
By UA Ledger staff — 2 min read

A scoped United States launch card covering Apple storefront evidence, payment-route checks and us english review; no market-size or CPI assumptions.
A US checkout plan should distinguish the payment methods an account can use from evidence that a particular audience will pay. A wallet on a support page does not establish payer penetration, acquisition cost or willingness to buy your starter pack.
What the official record establishes
Apple’s service-availability record includes the App Store in its United States section. Its payment-method record lists Apple Cash and PayPal. These examples are not an exhaustive list: the live source’s eligibility notes still apply, and the page says methods can change. Storefront availability does not establish that your particular game is approved, distributed or purchasable there.
The first test to run
Keep the first test focused on the transition from the game offer to the Apple purchase sheet. Record product identifier, storefront, displayed price, purchase result and entitlement delivery as separate observations. Treat a cancelled sheet differently from a completed charge with a missing item.
Localise the observed journey
Ask the US copy reviewer to inspect the exact promise in the ad against the first-session offer. Price, subscription period and the meaning of a one-time purchase need an unambiguous explanation. Do not copy another storefront’s promotional price into creative without checking the selected product.

Keep the decision tied to evidence
Use the editable launch checklist and CSV evidence matrix to keep documented availability separate from actual tests. Both include explicit untested states. The country card supplies no CPI, ROAS, payer-share estimate or legal clearance. Local expert review, game-specific distribution checks and real account observations remain outstanding.
Before a paid test, define the campaign identifiers, install cohort, offer event and purchase outcome you intend to reconcile. Inspect a permitted test transaction end to end, then preserve the raw event references. A successful walkthrough establishes implementation evidence for that case; it cannot establish campaign incrementality or expected acquisition economics.
Background in the existing archive: Cohort quality checks before you scale a channel and Text-free playable design for global campaigns. These are contextual links, not a certification of every archived claim.
Research checked 19 September 2026. Local-market verification remains required. No observed campaign or purchase results are claimed.
