Creator whitelist / denylist tied to brand safety and chat toxicity

Build creator allow and deny lists against FTC endorsement duties and Discord Community Guidelines on harassment, hate and graphic content before amplifying live F2P footage.
Live F2P chats and creator VODs can put harassment, hate speech or graphic violence into paid amplification. Maintain explicit lists before Spark authorisation or paid seeding.
Checklist
- Whitelist criteria on file — Named creators with signed disclosure language, vertical fit, and a dated brand-safety review of recent public posts.
- Denylist triggers — Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, CSAM-adjacent content, glorified self-harm, or graphic violence used to shock — mapped to Discord Community Guidelines §§1–12 (Respect Each Other) when footage includes Discord/community chat overlays.
- Chat overlay rule — Raw alliance / guild chat in ads requires a pass for PII, harassment and hate symbols before amplification.
- FTC connection — Paid creators on the whitelist still need material-connection disclosure (FTC FAQ).
- Re-screen cadence — Re-check whitelist creators on a fixed interval and after any community incident; denylist is immediate.
- Amplification kill — Denylisted creators’ Spark codes and Mission selections must be revocable within the crisis mute window (see sibling mute checklist).
- Evidence pack — Keep dated screenshots of the review decision; do not invent vendor scores here.
