Documented commercial locks
Developers may transfer credits to Ocean Engine AD accounts under the same or associated legal entity, subject to association rules on the page (shared shareholders, 100% ownership, group inclusion, etc.). Eligible accounts must already have the Ocean Engine mini-game promotion function open and a history of ad spend.
Use restriction (bold on the page): credits are only for promoting mini games operated on the Douyin mini-game platform. Misuse is a breach; the platform may cancel or claw back credits.
