Douyin Mini Games ad-credit incentive window through 30 September 2026
Douyin Open Platform’s limited-time 投放金 rule gifts 5% of Ocean Engine promotion-scene ad revenue, and 5% of qualifying Android IAP, from 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2026.
Douyin Open Platform’s 小游戏投放金限时激励活动规则, opened 20 September 2026, runs 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2026. During that window, qualifying mini-game developers receive 投放金 equal to 5% of advertising revenue generated through Ocean Engine (巨量引擎) 投广 scenes, plus — for mini games that meet the platform’s reduced IAP-settlement conditions — 5% of Android IAP from those same promotion scenes. PC IAP is settled on the Android rule.
This article is dated eleven days before the stated end date. The same page says the platform may change the period or the policy with notice. Do not treat 5% as a 2026 Q4 default after 30 September unless a successor page says so.
Limits written into the rule
Credits issue through 抖音开放平台 → 推广 → 广告投放 → 投放金账户. They may be clawed back if the platform finds over-issue, duplication or system error. Use is governed by the 小游戏投放金合作协议 (version date 17 April 2026 on the page we opened): credits are for promoting mini games operated on Douyin’s mini-game platform; transfer to an Ocean Engine ad account is not refundable; unused credit after the stated validity (180 calendar days on that agreement) can be withdrawn.
The incentive page also lists disqualification: IP infringement, gambling, pornography, fraud, cheating, misuse of credits, or other platform-norm breaches.
