Douyin mini-game task gold: Xingtu 20% and Ocean Engine unlock through 30 September 2026
Analysis
By UA Ledger staff — 2 min read

Douyin Open Platform’s 任务金 limited-time rules gift 20% of Xingtu publisher/fixed-price ad revenue as task gold, and — after a 10,000-yuan prior half-month unlock — 5%/4%/10% credits on Ocean Engine and organic scenes, from 1 November 2025 to 30 September 2026.
Douyin Open Platform’s 小游戏任务金限时激励活动规则, opened 19 September 2026, runs 1 November 2025 to 30 September 2026. This edition is dated eleven days before the stated end date. The page says the platform may change the period or the policy with notice. Do not treat these rates as a 2026 Q4 default after 30 September unless a successor page says so.
Two credit paths
Xingtu publisher and fixed-price (一口价) scenes: developers receive task gold equal to 20% of advertising revenue from Douyin’s 巨量星图 publisher programme or fixed-price commercial orders. FAQ on the same page: that scene excludes revenue from advertising against video/live content and excludes 星广联投 and live traffic spend.
Ocean Engine promotion and organic scenes need an unlock. If, in the previous half-month settlement cycle, Xingtu publisher + fixed-price ad + IAP (pre-share) combined revenue ≥ 10,000 yuan, then in the current half-month cycle the game may earn:
| Scene | Documented task-gold rate |
|---|---|
| Ocean Engine promotion — ad revenue (IAA) | **5%** |
| Ocean Engine promotion — Android IAP (games meeting the reduced IAP-settlement conditions) | **4%** of Android IAP from those promotion scenes |
| Organic — IAP (same reduced-settlement condition) | **10%** of organic IAP |
PC IAP follows the Android settlement rule on this page. Half-month cycles are calendar 1–15 and 16–month-end. Example on the page: eligibility for 1–15 November depends on 16–31 October Xingtu publisher + fixed-price totals.
Issuance and disqualification
IAA task gold is daily, usually next day. IAP task gold is half-month, usually within the first 10 working days of the next cycle. Use, burn rules and validity follow the separate 小游戏任务金使用须知 linked from the page.
Disqualification (partial or full cancel / clawback / ban from the activity) covers IP infringement, gambling, pornography, fraud; misuse or fraudulent transfer of task gold; other platform-norm breaches; and other cases the platform reasonably treats as unlawful. Cancelled participation ends for that game or that developer’s games from the breach date.
Earlier windows (March–May 2025; June–October 2025) are linked as different records.
