CADPA gacha standards: announced versus adopted in public titles
Analysis
By UA Ledger staff — 1 min read

Follow-up to CADPA’s 7 January 2025 announcement of T/CADPA 59-2025 and 60-2025 (effective 6 February 2025). The announcement page still does not publish normative gacha-probability clauses, and this pass finds no title-level public adoption ledger tied to those clause IDs.
What was announced (unchanged primary)
CADPA’s 7 January 2025 announcement approved group standards T/CADPA 59-2025 (online game classification) and T/CADPA 60-2025 (game distribution and promotion basic requirements), effective 6 February 2025.
What happened next (evidence limit)
As of the 20 September 2026 re-open of that announcement page:
- The page still does not host the full normative PDFs.
- No clause-level gacha probability, pity, or creative-ban text appears on the announcement itself.
- This pass did not locate a CADPA-published title-by-title adoption ledger mapping public commercial games to specific 60-2025 clause IDs.
Therefore the honest follow-up is: announced and dated, not yet publicly evidenced as clause-adopted on the primary announcement channel. Operators still need the published standard text (or a standards-catalogue entry carrying normative language) before treating T/CADPA 60-2025 as a creative QA script. Separately, the 2017 Ministry of Culture random-draw disclosure notice remains the operable probability-publication rule for gacha (see loot-box checklist).
