Purpose
A first Mainland China Android OEM technical test without an NPPA ISBN and without paid UA spend. This card records what primary store docs allow you to assert — and what they forbid you from inventing.

What a no-ISBN / no-spend first test can still check
- Build/install on Huawei / Xiaomi / OPPO / vivo devices (device lab, not store commercial listing).
- OAID read path via MSA or HMS (see AppsFlyer OAID lab), without turning on paid campaigns.
- Privacy-policy and permission UX against Xiaomi L2-1 privacy items.
- Confirmation that no IAP SKU is enabled while ISBN is absent (vivo rule).
