- No blind cutover in a season peak — Attribution models differ by vendor (attribution model); dual-run first.
- Archive SKAN maps — CV decode notes historic schema is not available via API.
- Align windows — Re-attribution / re-engagement settings apply going forward (re-attribution window); write both MMP values.
- Explain deltas — Do not expect install and revenue parity without a bridge table.
- Freeze straddling cohorts — Payback cohorts that include both MMP eras need a labelled break.
- Partner postbacks — Remap events before pausing the old MMP.
