UA-finance recon calendar: daily, weekly, monthly F2P close tasks
Analysis
By UA Ledger staff — 1 min read

Without a calendar, recon becomes quarterly archaeology. Tasks tied to Play refund statuses and MMP freshness.
F2P recon fails when UA, MMP, and finance close on different clocks without a shared calendar.
Calendar
Daily
- Compare network spend to MMP attributed revenue with the documented continuous lag (data freshness).
- Mark iOS campaigns still inside SKAN random-delay / next-day processing.
Weekly
- Match Play Console Refunded / chargeback orders to negative revenue in the MMP.
- Freeze the prior week’s payback cohort under the written freeze rule.
Monthly
- Bridge store proceeds (after refunds and fee returns) to MMP attributed revenue.
- Confirm app timezone, network timezone, and finance calendar align.
Facts vs limits
| Fact | Limit |
|---|---|
| Refund statuses and freshness bands are documented | RACI owners are studio-specific |
| Service fee returns on refunds | Apple proceeds timing not covered in this Android-anchored card |
