Analysis

Offline earnings claims in ads and listings against Google Play misleading-claims rules.
Idle ads love “earn while you sleep.” Play’s Misleading Claims section under Deceptive Behavior cares whether that promise matches the app.
Policy
Deceptive Behavior — Misleading Claims: no false or misleading information in description, title, icon, or screenshots; do not claim functionally impossible features.
Checklist
| Gate | Pass |
|---|---|
| Offline cap stated in ad if capped in-game | Yes / No |
| Ad income rate achievable without undisclosed IAP | Documented |
| Store description same claim family as ad | Matched |
| Timers / AFK rules | Not contradicted by creative |
Facts versus limits
| Field | Evidence or limit |
|---|---|
| Ban on all offline-income marketing | No — ban on misleading/impossible claims |
| Numeric “safe” earnings copy | Operator + counsel |
If the offline vault caps at minutes while the ad implies hours of uncapped gold, rewrite the ad.
